Well, it's 12.02am right now.

Just two minutes ago it was 2006. X(

oh well. let's just move on, shall we? forget the past, move on to the future.

I mean uh, not exactly forget everything about the past, just the very unpleasant memories. :D

Ok well, before you jump to conclusions that i'm an act-emo-bleeding-mascara-piece-of-bullshit, the first thing i'd like to say about these three pictures are that they were all accidental.

Yes, accidental. Despite my love and interest for all these rock songs and stuff, i really didn't mean to make myself look like this. It was an accident.

Here's the story:

So today's [yesterday i mean, considering it's 1/1/2007 now X ] Hari Raya Haji right, [OH! Selamat Hari Raya to all muslims.] my neighbours had an open house.

So obviously i got dressed, put on make-up, all that shit. Just that i thought that i'd experiment with mascara this time.

You know, it seems that i ALWAYS have bad luck with mascara, because the last time i put it on which was during hari raya in 2005, it looked dry and ugly.

And now, this.

Well so my mistake was putting on my contact lenses after i had already applied my make-up. And that included the mascara.

Then, i think i put both contact lenses upside down and i needed to take it out and put it in again and all. And cleaning it before putting it back requires you to rub it in saline solution, so the saline solution contributed a bit to the bleeding thing.

Then my left eye started tearing a LOT because the contact lense was still upside down [-__- to my bimboness.] so it added much more to the bleeding-mascara effect.

Then i looked into the mirror and saw how i looked like and was appalled yet amazed at the same time. So i went to get my camera and new batteries for it because it was low and went into the toilet [my favourite place to take pictures. -____-] and snap snap snap HURRAY emo pics.

oh and i just realised that i started three paragraphs with the word 'then', how dumb of me pfft

and lol, if you're wondering why i'm only frowning in the first pic and smiling in the other two, [and spastically too, in the second one -_-] it's because i love irony and smiling in emo-effect pictures is ironic. Yay. :D

Hmmmm i think they would look better if i edit them to be black and white in photoshop. hmm, hmm. maybe next time. [see what i mean by bored of computer?]

Well okay, since i haven't been updating about 60% of the interesting things that have happened in my life over the past few days/weeks, let me start now.

list of interesting things that have happened in my life over the past few weeks and days.

20/12/06: [I'm sorry if i seem like i'm boasting.] Dad got me 30GB ipod. Wanted the black one but there was only white. The other black one was the U2 one with the red navigation and their autographs on the back, so i took that one because i love the red and black combination. It is my birthday present from my parents.

21/12/06-28/12/06: Malaysia trip, shall blog about that maybe tomorrow, i'm just feeling so bored and indifferent now.

30/12/06:

-Due to the rain, the parquee wood thingers on my walls have been full of maggots because the water made the wood wet and gross. This dude helped to get rid of some of them though. But they still lurk everywhere. My bros' room, parents' room, etc. My house really isn't very practical for rainy seasons. Flooding and maggots and such. Gross.

-Went to parkway for brunch and some shopping. And mum ordered tickets for her,dad and i to go to the muse concert [January 12 for all muse fans]. Brothers backed out coz: my older brother will so-called be 'busy studying for his CAs since he's taking the O's next year' and my younger brother doesn't like muse. Weird people, my brothers are.

-Went to the new ikea at tampines. Veryyyyy huge, love all the practical yet attractive designs of the furniture.Very smart and thoughtful, those designers are.I'm going to get a new cupboard, hurray. But i'll have to clean out all my clothes and all that from my current cupboard first. pfft. And i bet that when i remove this current cupboard of mine, it will be infested with maggots too. eeyeww.

Asked mum whether i can repaint my room [which is now pink and still has a barbie doll wallpaper. so me when i was primary 2 please] and she said i could. Asked if i could paint it with pink and black stripes and she said no. And then i suggested pink background and black polka dots, and she still said no. Fine then, maybe fuchsia?Or hot pink. Still undecided.

31/12/06:Went to the Sin Lim [sp?] shopping center at orchard. Got two skins for my ipod. Black and pink of course, what other two colours would i pick.And also these things which you tie on the skins. Forgot what they're called. Meh. Anyway i love my skins. <3

OH and i really reallyeee love the song 'I so hate consequences' by Relient K, just thought you ought to know. And maybe you could listen to it too. niceee.

Ok that's about all. I'm tired now and i need to sleep for it is 1am and i need to get my sleeping system right before school, which is in 2 days' time.

Still, there are a few things i need to say.

1) HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU! Hope you have enough discipline to stick to all your new year resolutions and stuff. (:

2)School starting in 2 days' time?Didn't it seem only like yesterday when the hols stared? Well not really. Just the fact that time flies too damn fast and i've accomplished nothing whatsoever.Except maybe being a sloth. -_-

I'm SO not prepared. Mentally, physically,emotionally, you get my drift. I also have not finished packing my bag yet, shit.

3) I WON'T be deleting this blog, just the tagboard. And i'll do that as soon as i reply all your tags. Shall be deleting it hopefully on the night of the 1st or maybe the 2nd. That means all updating should be done tomorrow. [Insya Allah. -_-]

4) I'll still update, but maybe during the hols. Or on Sundays. But for the first month i shall not even be touching the computer because i need to detoxify this addiction to the computer. [which is practically non-existent now that i feel bored blogging and always can't be bothered to blog.]
